2010-04-15 - NEW APPROVAL STANDARDS
Builders, IBI Group is implementing new standards for our architectural approval process. We will be withholding the Grade Slips until all revisions to elevations, plot plans and colour rejections have been resubmitted and approved. IBI Group will still be uploading and approving the elevations and plot plans as usual or noting colour rejections, however if a Grade Slip is not included in the “Modified Drawings” section of www.archcontrol.com, a revision is required. For additional information please check the “Notes” section found under “Application Information” where the Architectural Coordinator will go more into detail about the changes or you may also receive an email from the Architectural Coordinator, outlining these changes. Once the drawings and color selections have been revised, the builder will then have to upload the plans and re-submit as a “Change Request”. If the revisions have been made the clean set of plans will be stamped Approved and the Grade Slip will be released. Please note this will be at no additional cost to the builder for this process. Thank you for your understanding and corporation, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the Architectural Coordinator in your community
