ArchControl.com is a website that was designed to aid new home salespeople and designers in the architectural control process. It is owned and operated by IBI Group in Calgary Alberta. We work in such communities as Aspen Estates, Heritage Pointe, Gleneagles, Rocky Ridge Ranch, Evercreek Bluffs, Westmere, and many more in and around the Calgary area.

Elvin Karpovich
|
Elvin is a Partner with IBI Group and oversees the Architectural Controls deparment, as well as the Landscape and Planning deparments, in the Calgary office. He was one of the first members of the Architectural Controls team in the early 80's, and has a vast array of knowledge in all contruction and design processes.

Chris O'Halloran
|
Chris has 10 years experience with IBI Group and three years with a
residential home builder. While with IBI Group, Chris Managed the
Architectural Controls for several communities in the Calgary Area. Chris
has a broad knowledge off all aspects of homebuilding, and architectural
controls.

Weston Covert
|
Weston Covert, AT., has been with the Architectural Controls Department for the past 2 years working in over 30 communities ranging from starter to Estate homes in the Calgary area. Weston graduated from SAIT Polytechnic with honours in April 2007. During his time at SAIT he received honourable mention in house design for the CRHBA design competition.

Jennifer Mazereeuw

Jennifer Mazereeuw is an Architectural Technologist graduate from SAIT Polytechnic. She began her career in the residential industry drafting homes and designing product. After almost 4 years in the industry she started with IBI group January 2008. Jennifer now works in the Architectural Controls department caring for over 35 communities throughout Calgary and the surrounding area.
